Leadflow uses AI to score properties and generate leads for investors, agents and brokers nationwide. I established the visual identity from scratch and have carried it through every channel since.
That has meant the website and a rolling set of promotional landing pages, explainers and sizzle reels, app-store visuals, flyers and billboards, and the social and print system that supported the company’s transition into an enterprise data provider.
01 Branding system
Location pin meets fingerprint.
Leadflow's whole pitch is that its AI knows a property the way a print identifies a person. The mark folds those two ideas together: a pin drawn with fingerprint ridges.
Four products, one grid. Each Scope symbol is built on the same construction as the fingerprint pin and expresses what the product does in a subtle, abstract way. Each carries its own gradient, which color-codes that product everywhere it appears on the website.
Navy for trust, cyan for the signal, white for the words. Each Scope product adds one color of its own.

03 Web Design
The site, and the landing pages that feed it.
The primary website plus a rolling set of promotional landing pages, each built to make one product feature obvious and to hold up against a growing field of competitors.
Every page runs on the same system: one idea, one proof point, one call to action. Dark, data-forward and quick to scan, because whoever is reading — an investor sizing up a market, a broker, a data buyer — is deciding fast.

04 Print & Digital
Data made tangible.
Flyers, lead-magnet covers and paid ads that had to explain 'AI-powered property data' to someone at a real estate meetup in under five seconds. Big claim, one image, one number.
05 Video
Explain the product in ninety seconds.
Explainers and sizzle reels for the website, ads and onboarding. Collage-style motion for the problem, clean product footage for the answer.
